10 sessions over a 1 month period (you will need to come 2-3 times a week for a month)

It depends on your physique and fitness levels prior to the treatment, you can expect a significant improvement from where you started. Come well rested and hydrated in comfortable workout attire. Don’t take a big meal just before. Remove watches and jewellery. There will be a mild discomfort as your abdominal muscles are stimulated (feels like a cramp), which gets better as the muscles warm up. After the treatment, you will experience soreness for 1-2 days, like after an intense workout session
